What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you send an enquiry, request swatches, join the tide letter or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The pieces or swatch colours you're interested in and your message
- Your postal address for swatches and orders
- Photos of your room, if you send them for suggestions
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm stock
- To post your free swatches
- To send you an order link and deliver your order
- To send the tide letter, only if you've signed up
We never sell your personal information, and we never share your room photos without asking.
Who we share it with
Only when needed to serve you: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), postal and delivery partners, and payment providers, each only for completing your request or order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to look after your order and meet legal and accounting obligations. Room photos are deleted once we've replied, unless you ask us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and unsubscribe from the tide letter whenever you like. Email hello@cladandcove.com.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address.
