About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Clad & Cove website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm stock, colour, price and shipping, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Free swatches
Linen swatches are free and there's no obligation to buy. See Swatch post. Colours can vary slightly between dye batches.
Natural and found materials
Our linen, seagrass, rattan and jute are natural fibres, and shells and driftwood are found pieces. Each piece varies slightly and is one of a kind. Shells are sustainably sourced and never taken from living reefs.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Found pieces are limited, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.

Clad & Cove designs, logos and text belong to Clad & Cove. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
