How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival with you before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Swatch post
Free swatches are posted within a few business days. Delivery times depend on your country's postal service.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location, the size of your order and chosen delivery speed, and are shown in your order link before you pay.
International orders
We ship worldwide where we can. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient. Some countries restrict natural materials like shells, so we'll check before confirming your order.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, email hello@cladandcove.com with your name and order details, and we'll explain the options for your order.
Damaged or lost parcels
Glass lanterns and shells are packed carefully. If anything arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, send us a photo straight away and we'll put it right.
